Mickey is a Licensed Commercial Building Contractor with 14 years of general construction and 20 years in the commercial and residential roofing industry.  Mickey has a combined total of 34 years of construction knowledge and experience.  He served as President of the Carolinas Roofing  and Sheet Metal Contractors Association and  for the last 15 years he has been active in investing in the industry.  Mickey is a leader in the roofing industry and brings a lot of knowledge with him to ChilMor.  He takes pride in each project  and is committed to providing our clients with excellence.

Ryan has 10 years of construction and roofing experience.  The service he provides our customers is second to none.  He thrives on structure and organization.   Ryan schedules our jobs and communicates those to our customers.  We fully communicate when we will be there and a timeline of when we expect completion.  We will work around your schedule and communicate any unforeseen delays.  Through general oversight, his focus is to bring your job to completion on time and within budget.
